The verdict
Where this pick fits.
Slatted bamboo surface over a sealed water tray. Rinse vessels, receive overflow, rest wet tools, all without leaving the session to manage the mess. Twelve inches wide, deep enough to hold a full kettle-rinse. Drains via a silicone tube at the back when you are done. The table stays dry. The ritual stays unbroken.
Slatted bamboo. Sealed reservoir. The gongfu table that keeps the session clean. It earned its spot in our lineup by solving the stage it's supposed to solve, without pretending to solve every stage after it.
